Billing and Refund Policy

You authorize Resld to keep your payment card information on file and to charge the card on file on the first day of each calendar month for the previous month's outstanding charges, and at any time the balance of fees reaches the designated fee threshold for your account.

When your card account is debited, you will receive an email from Resld to the email address on file letting you know the amount charged. You can also review this information by accessing your account on the Resld site.

If your card account on file with us is closed or the account number is changed, or if, for any reason, a charge is rejected by your card issuer, you must update your card information or supply a new card number, as appropriate, in your Resld account. If your charge is refused by the issuer for any reason, you may be subject to penalties such as the suspension of privileges and/or termination. Your authorization applies to any successor or replacement card you provide.

Suspended or terminated members remain obligated to pay Resld for all unpaid fees per our Terms of Use.

If you believe previous month's outstanding charges do not correctly reflect the specific services provided to you by Resld and your payment card has been charged by Resld already, you can request a refund of those specific charges by using Contact Us form in your Resld account. Refunds must be approved by Resld and can take 10-14 days to complete.

If your refund is approved, you'll receive an email from Resld and there will be a credit on your Resld statement listed as "Refund/Credit" item.
